EDUKASI MENGATASI NYERI HAID MENGGUNAKAN HEATING PILLOW THERAPY PADA SISWI SMP 3 SURAKARTA

This service aims to analyze the situation of dysmenorrhea in junior high school students by focusing on the problems experienced by 35% of female students at SMPN 3 Surakarta. The method used is through educational efforts that apply promotive and curative concepts, which include delivering material, direct practice, and evaluation using "Power Point". The results of the activity showed that this approach was successful in achieving the specified achievement indicators, with an average participant score of more than 71 out of a total of 27 female students involved. This service provides deeper insight into dysmenorrhoea in junior high school students and provides solutions through an educational approach that can contribute to efforts to prevent and treat this condition effectively and sustainably. Through structured and interactive educational methods, female students can increase their understanding of dysmenorrhoea and learn how to deal with the symptoms they experience. It is hoped that the results and discussion of this service can encourage the implementation of similar activities in other schools and contribute to improving the quality of life of adolescent girls.
