Implementasi Sistem Informasi Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Kemampuan Manajemen Batik Tulis Lasem

The partner in this community service is the Batik Asri Anna Budaya business which is located in Sendangasri Village, Lasem District, Rembang Regency. The results of observations by the YPPI Rembang University Service Team succeeded in identifying weaknesses in business management, namely not having a business administration. This condition is due to a lack of partner knowledge and skills in business management. The agreed solution to this problem is the creation of an Administrative Information System. Thus, the aim of this community service activity is to improve the management capabilities of partner businesses. This service activity can provide benefits to partners through an administrative information system to help manage their business. The implementation of this community service is carried out through four stages, namely: observation, creating an administrative information system, training in managing the administrative information system, and mentoring. The results of the activities carried out show: (1) Partners have been able to manage the administrative information system, (2) Partners have recorded purchases, sales and inventory, and (3) Partners have been able to summarize sales reports.
