In this context, the teacher's role is paramount in assisting students in building these skills. This article discusses the role of teachers in implementing differentiated learning to facilitate the development of students' 4C skills. Teachers are instructional designers who understand students' diverse needs and skill levels. They must be able to design flexible curricula, varied learning materials, and customized teaching strategies that cater to individual learning styles. Additionally, teachers must ensure an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where students feel safe collaborating, communicating, thinking critically, and exploring their creativity. Furthermore, teachers also play the role of learning facilitators. They should provide individual support to students requiring extra assistance while challenging those more capable of further developing their skills. This involves selecting assessment methods that align with each student's progress. Teachers also function as role models, demonstrating how to use 4C skills daily. They can integrate these skills into their teaching, allowing students to witness real-life examples of their application across various contexts. Hence, the teacher's role in differentiated learning is pivotal in helping students cultivate their 4C skills. With the right approach, teachers can create an environment that supports students' development in communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity, preparing them for success in an increasingly complex and ever-changing society.
2024-05-04T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Novia Maulindahttps://pub.borneorec.com/index.php/basila/article/view/109Hybrid Learning Berintegrasi Kearifan Lokal Pasar Terapung untuk Meningkatkan Self-regulation dan Problem Solving Siswa2024-05-04T21:18:40+07:00Muhdi Hartomuhdi.27harto.mh@gmail.com
This research aims to analyze the application of hybrid learning based on local wisdom in improving students' self-regulation and problem-solving.
